I don't have that much flowering in the borders but hopefully, with milder air on the way, we'll see a big difference over the next couple of weeks. I do hope so, anyway!
Best wishes
EllieEllie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12437259693600577503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535765080722557710.post-63660355942839040812013-04-11T10:52:31.149+01:002013-04-11T10:52:31.149+01:00Such pretty crocuses :)

Apparently we are getting milder temperatures but more unsettled weather this weekend - April showers I think - I am looking forward to getting out in the garden a bit.
Best wishes
EllieEllie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12437259693600577503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535765080722557710.post-87859961337149041042013-04-10T20:43:30.407+01:002013-04-10T20:43:30.407+01:00Hi Ellie, your crocus are gorgeous. One benefit to the cold weather is that plants are staying in flower for much longer than usual. I don't normally have snowdrops still in flower in April! I think your collection of plants in flower sounds lovely. Anything flowering in late Winter/early Spring is particularly welcome.
Best wishes
EllieEllie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12437259693600577503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535765080722557710.post-65066246295775115532013-04-10T17:30:55.071+01:002013-04-10T17:30:55.071+01:00I wish I had had the foresight to plant up some co...I wish I had had the foresight to plant up some colour in pots. All I have is my Wallflowers that have been blooming since October, some acid green Hellebores, a few Violets and five tiny trumpets of Daffodils.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535765080722557710.post-8916618505971845782013-04-10T09:34:28.853+01:002013-04-10T09:34:28.853+01:00Dear Mirjam

I think we are all ready for Spring to arrive properly. I put a few in the borders, but they haven't done as well. My tulips are also starting to come through (also planted in pots) and I am really hoping for some warmer temperatures, (or just that vicious cold wind to go) so that I can be out in the garden a bit more.
Best wishes
EllieEllie Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12437259693600577503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535765080722557710.post-15403233509330961672013-04-09T17:47:56.769+01:002013-04-09T17:47:56.769+01:00Your crocuses are lovely, I do wish I'd plante...Your crocuses are lovely, I do wish I'd planted some now.
