So many beautiful flowers!Daffodils really look as if they are talking:)
Thanks, Poirot. I really like Spring in the UK - it is prabaly my favourite season.Best wishesEllie
That should say 'probably'!
Once the winds die down here I am looking forward to the Spring. Lovely photo's.Brionyx
Thanks, Briony. The wind has really made itself felt, hasn't it? I am looking forward to Spring proper too.Best wishesEllie
Lovely flowers, a breath of freshness. Your hellibore flowers are very pretty xcx
Thanks, Chrissie. If I had more garden, I would definitely have lots more hellebores. The flowers stay on the stems for a long time and they work so well with the other Winter and Spring flowers.Best wishesEllie
We've only got daffodils and crocus in the garden so far this year. Mind you, this week has been so wet and windy. I can't wait for some brighter days.
Thanks, Nikki-ann and welcome. Hopefully the brighter days are on their way - the weekend was a bit unexpected with hailstorms and wind. March is definitely like a lion at the moment.Best wishesEllie
Your garden is so pretty, especially the hellebores. I know I have missed getting pictures of mine at their best this year . . . as you know, I've not been inclined to get in the garden so it is lovely to see yours. 🐾💚
Thanks, Jayne. I really need to get on with a bit of pruning and sorting. I do love my little garden and enjoy spending time out there. I find gardening to be a very relaxing and meditative thing to do (well, most of the time).Best wishesEllie
WOW...lovely each and everyone. Hard to pick a favorite one. We’ve not yet really seen any flowers at home, but some greenery coming up from the ground, so maybe soon. I hope. I love color and I love spring flowers. I am enjoying some flowers this week, as we’re out of town in SC where it’s warmer and flowers are blooming. Sorry I’m not able to leave a proper link to my blog, as I am on my ipad and it’s very difficult to do the cut paste thing with the ipad.
Thanks, Sandy. From now to June is my favourite time of year in the UK. Everything is so fresh and green and the Spring flowers are a joy. I am hoping that my tulips will do well - I have planted a new to me variety 'Danceline' so am looking forward to seeing that one.Best wishesEllie
